As the country’s leading match manufacturer, The Lion Match Company feels that counterfeit awareness will not only help to protect local jobs, but will also empower consumers to purchase quality matches that are safe to use. Inferior quality matches could lead to accidents and injuries in the home, or anywhere where a match is typically used.
The campaign will run in some of the country’s leading newspapers, and border posts will be provided with full colour posters highlighting the key points that differentiate Lion Safety Matches from counterfeits.
